Refund policy
If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please email us at hello@norvegr.com. The item(s) must be shipped back to us, at your expense, in brand new condition within 30 days of your purchase, and then we will refund your money. Returns that are used or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and a refund will be refused. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.
Custom made or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your order confirmation or account page before the withdrawal period expires.
Once we have received your returned goods, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
The withdrawal right does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Digital content where performance has begun with your prior consent
